Stop the UN’s Agenda 21
On June 9, 2011 President Obama signed Executive Order 13575, which established the White House Rural Council (WHRC). The purpose of the WHRC is to facilitate the federal coordination and implementation of sustainable development at the local level.
The Executive Order references “sustainable rural communities,” which is a reference to “sustainable development” – the nomenclature for the United Nations’ Agenda 21 program.
Agenda 21 is the name of the official UN program on sustainable development, which came out of the 1992 Earth Summit, held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Sustainable development and Agenda 21 call for the government to curtail one’s ability to own a gas-powered car and live in suburban or rural areas, and to determine the number of children you may have, to determine the “rates of harvest” of farms and fisheries, and to eliminate your private property rights through eminent domain.

Please oppose any funding or bills in the legislature that call for the implementation of “sustainable development” and related buzzwords such as “smart codes,” “smart growth,” and “open space.”

I am currently running for Texas State Representative in District 18, where we are already under the influence of Agenda 21.
The Houston Galveston Area Council is pushing a “Go Sustainable” initiative through a grant from HUD, supported by the EPA and the Federal DOT. I attended the first public meeting held in Liberty, Texas and there is no denying the connection with the U.N. initiative. The Marxist and socialist global language is identical and the tactics are as well. I’m unsure as to whether the 3 woman facilitating the meeting were even aware of Agenda 21. I questioned them extensively on whether anyone in the State capital was aware of their program, and they were not able to answer clearly. I told them I was almost certain that no one in the Texas legislature was aware.
This is a big enough concern that I put it on my campaign website http://www.texansforstovall.com on the MORE ISSUES page.
Thank you for getting the word out. This can only lead to more lost liberty, State sovereignty and loss of property rights. It is a cancer on Texas…
